OZ Lotto has jackpotted to $70 million, its biggest prize on offer for the year.
For the past seven weeks, a ticket across the country is yet to match the numbers to a Division One prize.
Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said WA is waiting for its third OZ Lotto win for the year, after a group of eight mates shared in $30 million in April and a Wanneroo couple’s ticket from Hocking News took home $20 million in July.
“We would love to see WA home to a $70 million OZ Lotto win, right in the middle of the festive season,” he said.
“Although this draw did not create a Division One winner, across the State more than 96,000 OZ Lotto players shared in prizes across our other Divisions.
“This includes a Division Two ticket worth more than $91,000."
The good news for WA continues with around $9.2 million contributing to our grants program from this OZ Lotto jackpot roll.
WA players have another chance to become a millionaire by taking part in this Thursday’s $30 million Powerball jackpot.
Tickets are available in-store, online and via the Lotterywest App until 6pm draw day.
