Grants to support Aboriginal organisations to take the next step.

Are you a not-for-profit Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisation (ACCO) with a great idea to improve the lives of Aboriginal people?

If so, you may be eligible for a grant from the $3.4 million Closing the Gap funds through the Sector Strengthening Grants Program.  

The WA Government, in partnership with Lotterywest is supporting ACCOs to take the next step in delivering for their communities with a focus on Health, Housing, Disability and Early Childhood Care and Development.

Lotterywest will work with you to explore your idea, and if it aligns, work in partnership to bring it to life and develop a strong grant application.

Not sure if your idea fits the criteria?

Lotterywest has a long history of supporting ideas that benefit Aboriginal communities, promote culture and build futures.

Whilst your idea may not fit the criteria for this grant funding, we still encourage you to fill out the form as it may be eligible for a Lotterywest grant via our Community Investment Framework. This includes support for ACCOs that benefit the community in the areas of environment, culture, innovation, community connection, reconciliation and truth-telling.
