Long weekend celebrations

The long weekend celebrations continue today for five Western Australian players who have taken out Division One prizes totalling more than $3 million over the last three nights on Saturday and Monday Lotto.

Saturday night’s draw saw four WA players share in a Division One prize each worth more than $511,000. The tickets were sold from Nextra Harrisdale, Eaton Fair Lottery Centre and News, with the remaining two tickets purchased through their Lotterywest membership online.

The State’s fortunes didn’t end there, with a Monday Lotto ticket matching the six winning numbers to take out another Division One prize. The ticket for last night’s Monday Lotto draw was sold from A and LV Genovese Carbarn News in Kalgoorlie and is now worth $1 million.

WA also had another Set for Life Division Two winner on Monday night, taking home a taste of that winning feeling with $5,000 a month for a year.

Lotterywest spokesperson Pina Compagnone said Saturday’s draw also created a flurry of Division Two winners.

“There were 27 Division Two tickets sold across WA in the draw, this included a range of syndicates which means more winners across the board,” Ms Compagnone said.

All available profits from Lotterywest tickets go towards the Lotterywest COVID-19 Relief Fund which support organisations and people experiencing hardship due to COVID-19.
