A Western Australian player has matched the numbers to last night’s Set for Life draw, setting themselves up for the next 20 years.
The ticket was purchased online and is worth $20,000 a month for the next 20 years.
Lotterywest spokesperson Sarah Dawson said the winning ticket is the third Division One Set for Life win in WA this year.
“This is a fantastic result for WA to already have three Division One Set for Life wins this year.
“We’re hoping the winning streak continues, with 10 Division One wins across all Lotto games so far in 2023,” she said.
Set for Life has returned more than $2.8 million to the WA community this year through Lotterywest’s grants program.
The next chance to join WA’s exclusive winners list is in tomorrow’s $20 million Saturday Lotto Superdraw.
Lotterywest encourages players to get their tickets early with sales set to peak the day of the draw.
“Superdraws always prove popular amongst local players, with around 600,000 tickets expected to be sold in the draw,” Ms Dawson said.
“The busiest hour will be between 11am and 12pm on Saturday when around 26,000 tickets will churn through Lotterywest terminals.”
Tickets are available from Lotterywest in-store, online or via the app until 6pm draw day.
