Trio of WA tickets celebrate Saturday Lotto win

Western Australia is celebrating a trio of winning Saturday Lotto tickets each worth almost $1 million.

Thanks to Saturday’s draw, three WA tickets matched the numbers to a Division One prize and are now worth $919,024 each.

The winning tickets were sold at Good Fortune Lottery Centre in Maddington, Greenwood Village Newsagency and through Lotterywest Play Online.

Western Australia’s winning tickets were three of seven Division One wins across the country, with other wins in Victoria and South Australia.

WA players are also celebrating 12 Division Two wins, with players taking home more than $12,000 each.

Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender said these wins are great news for WA and Saturday Lotto players should check their tickets.

“Thanks to this trio of wins, WA now boasts 33 Division One Saturday Lotto wins so far this year, with these players sharing in more than $40 million in prizes,” she said.

“We can’t wait to meet these winners and welcome them into Lotterywest’s winner’s room.”

Thanks to WA players and retailers, Lotterywest is able to provide grants across the State, including a $286,903 grant supporting Mission Australia with crisis and emergency relief for Western Australians experiencing financial hardship in Maddington and nearby.

Saturday Lotto continues to create more millionaires each year than any other game, and the upcoming $30 million Megadraw offers WA players a chance to become a multi-millionaire.

Lotterywest’s $30 million Megadraw will be held on 26 July, with tickets available until 6pm on draw day in-store, online and via the Lotterywest App.
