Southern suburbs home to newest Lotto winner

A ticket sold from The Lucky Charm in Baldivis is WA’s latest Division One winner, while nine West Aussies celebrate Division Two wins.

The Division One ticket is now worth more than $989,000 thanks to the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw.

Nana Zheng, store manager at The Lucky Charm Baldivis, said it feels great to have sold the Division One prize.

“Everybody got so excited,” she said.

“We’ve sold lots of Division Two’s recently but hadn’t sold a Division One in a while.”

Lotterywest spokesperson Emma Rogers said the weekend also saw a flurry of WA Division Two winners.

“We had seven Division Two Saturday Lotto winners, another in Super66 and a third in Sunday’s Set for Life draw,” she said.

“These winners will each take home thousands of dollars.”

The Saturday Lotto Division Two tickets are worth more than $9,800 each, and were sold from:

  • Banksia Grove News
  • City News Kalgoorlie
  • Kingsway City Newsagency x2
  • Kinross Lottery Centre and News
  • Margaret River Newsagency
  • The Lucky Charm Success

The Super66 ticket was sold from The Lucky Charm Joondalup and is worth $6,666.

A WA player won a Division Two prize in Set for Life on Sunday night thanks to their ticket from Callows Corner Lottery Centre in Busselton.

The player will take home Set for Life’s $5,000 a month for the next 12 months.

One of Saturday Lotto’s biggest draws of 2023 is only a few weeks away, giving West Aussies the chance to share in Megadraw’s $30 million.

Tickets are available in-store, online and via the Lotterywest App until 6pm draw day.
