Powerball jackpots to $100 million

Powerball has soared to a spectacular $100 million jackpot, marking the highest Powerball jackpot this year.

While no one across the country matched tonight’s winning numbers, more than 260,000 WA winners shared in more than $5.2 million worth of prizes across the other Divisions.

Lotterywest spokesperson Sarah Dawson said Powerball has been good to WA players with already one Division One winner so far this year when a Swan Valley family took home the entire $40 million jackpot in March.

“It’s exciting to see Powerball jackpot to $100 million for the first time this year, providing WA players with another chance to win big,” she said.

“WA loves to support a big jackpot, and this one will provide significant benefit to the Western Australian community.

“Thanks to those players who supported the jackpot over the past five weeks, Lotterywest has raised a massive $11.8 million to support the WA community through our grants program.”

Next week will be a big week for WA players with a $100 million Powerball jackpot on Thursday and a $30 million Saturday Lotto Megadraw held on 24 June.

Tickets are available until 6pm on draw day from Lotterywest in-store, online or via the app.
