In what’s shaping up to be an incredible start to 2022, one Western Australian has taken out a share of tonight’s $20 million Saturday Lotto Superdraw.
The State’s winning ticket, worth $2.5 million, was amongst eight from across the country.
Lotterywest spokesperson Lisa Williams said this took the 2022 tally of Division One winners to 10, sharing in $36 million worth of prizes.
“I’m really excited to welcome WA’s first winning Superdraw ticket holder for the year to the Winners Room,” she said.
“Thanks to those players who entered this Superdraw, over $2.8 million has been raised to contribute to the Lotterywest grants program and support the WA community, so it’s a win, win all round!”
Nearly 250,000 WA players also took home a prize tonight across the other Divisions, including nine Division Two prizes each worth nearly $10,000 each.
The winning numbers were 35, 36, 13, 43, 37 and 42.
Next week it’s a $90 million week, with Powerball at an incredible $80 million on Thursday and OZ Lotto at $10 million on Tuesday.
Tickets are available until 6pm draw day from Lotterywest in-store, online or via the app.
