Lotto fortune shines on WA for the second time this week

Last night’s Wednesday Lotto draw produced a second WA Division One win in as many days, creating another WA millionaire.

Worth $1 million, the winning ticket was produced from Kalamunda Lottery Centre & News and was the only winning Division One ticket across the nation.

Owner, Ka Ji, said he was delighted to sell the winning ticket.

“It’s so great to have a win,” he said.

“This is our first win of the year, which is great for our customers. Hopefully we see many more wins for 2022.”

Lotterywest spokesperson Lisa Williams said Lotterywest is currently searching for two recently minted millionaires.

“Winners from last night’s draw, as well as Saturday 2 April's draw are yet to come forward and we’re looking forward to welcoming them into our Winner’s Room,” she said.

“We encourage anyone who bought a ticket for these games to check their numbers. There are two millionaires in the WA community who may not yet know that their luck has changed.”

The winning numbers were 37, 36, 28, 10, 17, 13, 41 and 16.

Another WA player is cashing in from last night’s draw with a Division Two win worth over $4,500 which was purchased online.

The next chance to win big is tonight’s $20 million Powerball. Tickets are available until 6pm from Lotterywest in-store, online or via the app.
