Dream leads to Saturday Lotto million dollar win

A Ballajura family are now the owners of a $1 million Saturday Lotto ticket, all thanks to an unusual dream.

The winner said her interpretation of a dream inspired her to buy a ticket from Glenview Lottery Centre in Ballajura.

"I had a dream we came into money, so I decided to buy a lotto ticket." she said.

"It was just me and the dog when I was having a cup of coffee before work as I checked the ticket."

Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said Saturday's draw, which falls on Father's Day weekend, is the second last $20 million Superdraw of the year.

"For Father's Day this Sunday, why not spoil the father figure in your life with a ticket in this weekend’s $20 million Superdraw," Mr Mooney said.

"We are also on the look out for another WA millionaire, thanks to Monday night's draw, a ticket from Maddington Village Lucky News is now worth $1 million."

Tickets for Saturday's $20 million Superdraw are available on draw day until 6pm, in-store, online and via the App.
