Young people in Kalgoorlie-Boulder are set to benefit from a new youth precinct in the Goldfields town that will provide avenues for positive health and leisure activities.
The redeveloped precinct incorporates the newly refurbished skate park, a new pump track, social spaces, and a versatile multipurpose court along with lighting, shaded seating areas and landscaped surrounds, creating a welcoming community hub that encourages active and healthy lifestyle.
The project received support through a $2.1 million State Government election commitment, $2.1 million Lotterywest grant and a contribution from the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
