Good things have come in threes for Division 1 winners in regional WA! Three regional WA players all won Division 1 within a week, the winning tickets purchased from Warricks Newsagency in Northam, Crisps Corner Store in Kondinin and Mt Magnet Post and Lotteries in Mount Magnet.
With Saturday Lotto producing two of the Division 1 winners, the store owners are hoping these winners are the start of a winning streak for their towns, with the owner of the Mt Magnet Post and Lotteries, Jade Reed saying they hadn’t had a win since 2020.
“Last time we had two Division Two wins and a $15,000 Powerball win all in the same month,” she said.
“I’ve always said if I sell a Division One ticket, I can retire happy.”
Lotterywest spokesperson Lisa Williams said it’s been a solid start to 2022 for WA players.
“WA has seen six Division One wins over the past two weeks, with our tally now at 23 for the year,” she said.
