The player, yet to come forward, bought their ticket from Grand Boulevard Lotteries Kiosk in Joondalup.
Western Australia’s latest Saturday Lotto Division One prize matched the numbers 3,22,18,27,19,10 and sits at $1,239,024.
Owners of Grand Boulevard Lotteries Kiosk Trish and Mario Pezzaniti said they were delighted to sell the winning ticket.
“We’ve been waiting five and a half years for a Division One winner,” Mr Pezzaniti said.
“We’ve had plenty of Division Two winners, but now we can say we have the big one.”
Lotterywest spokesperson Pina Compagnone said Saturday’s draw also saw another WA winner in Super66, a game which gives players an extra chance to win on Saturday Lotto.
“The Division One Super66 prize is worth more than $70,000 and was won by a Lotterywest membership online,” Ms Compagnone said.
“It has contributed to our State’s growing Division One winners tally for 2020 which totals 33.”
All available profits from Lotterywest tickets contribute to the COVID-19 Relief Fund which will help those in the community impacted.
