More early Christmas cheer

It’s turning into a stellar week for WA ticket holders with two more players turning into millionaires thanks to Wednesday Lotto.

The two tickets, worth $1 million each, were sold from Padbury News and Post and Kalgoorlie Newsagency.

Kerry Holman from Kalgoorlie Newsagency said she was hoping the news would spread throughout the town.

“It’s amazing,” she said.

“We have had a few winners come from Kalgoorlie and this latest ticket is sure to make a fantastic Christmas present.”

The double win follows the recent news of two Saturday Lotto winners from Carnarvon Lottery News and Gifts, and Darch Plaza Newsagency, those tickets worth close to $588,000 each.

Lotterywest spokesperson Hermione Coleman said it was heart-warming to be able to spread so much early Christmas cheer.

“It’s been a magnificent week for WA players, with four Division One winners in the space of a week, with still plenty of chances to see this number grow before the end of the year,” Ms Coleman said.

The next chance for WA players to bring their dreams to life is tonight’s $8 million Powerball draw.
