One winner from WA has been given their post-Christmas bonus with a $2,727,272 million win on tonight’s $30 million Megadraw.
The winning ticket was sold from Crimea Newsagency in Morley.
There were 11 national Division One winners who each sought the winning numbers of 39, 13, 19, 1, 37,31 and the two supplementary numbers 5 and 33.
It’s not surprising that a winner came from WA, with Saturday Lotto producing the most winners from any of the Lotto games.
While there was one Division One winner from WA, there were 39 Division Two WA winners.
Lotterywest spokesperson Hermione Coleman said this latest Division One win brings WA’s total to 59 for the 2019 calendar year - two more than last year.
“We’ve still got a few more chances to increase this number with Monday Lotto and OZ Lotto before 31 December but it’s great to be able to eclipse last year’s figure,” she said.
“Bring on 2020!”
In the year to date more than $100 million has been generated in sales from Saturday Lotto, which means an estimated $30 million has been returned to the WA community through Lotterywest’s grants program.
