Lotterywest’s latest game Millionaire Medley welcomes first Division One winner

As Western Australians set out to grab a ticket in tonight’s $150 million Powerball jackpot, last night’s Millionaire Medley draw is celebrating its first Division One win for the State.

In what’s hoped to be the first of many wins for WA, a Network Syndicate with 11 shares matched the numbers to a $1 million prize.

The syndicate shares, each worth more than $90,000, will go down in history as WA’s first Division One Millionaire Medley winners.

Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said fingers were crossed these 11 WA winners are a sign of things to come ahead of tonight’s $150 million Powerball draw.

“It’s wonderful to celebrate a syndicate for WA’s first Millionaire Medley Division One prize,” he said.

“We would love to see this result backed up with another WA win in tonight’s $150 million Powerball draw.

“Our advice is to get in early, as we are expecting the busiest time for ticket sales to be between 4pm and 5pm this afternoon with more than 1200 to be sold each minute,” he said.

Tickets are available until 6pm tonight in-store, online, or via the Lotterywest App.
