The McGowan Government has extended terminal and service fee relief to more than 500 Lotterywest retailers across Western Australia totalling an additional $1.8 million.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing economic uncertainty, the extension will bring the total Lotterywest retailer fee relief to $3.9 million.
The fee relief was first announced in March 2020 for an initial period of six months following the State Government's amendments to the Lotteries Commission Act 1990. It formed part of the WA Recovery Plan and the State's response to the COVID-19 emergency period.
