App Updates

We've recently made some changes to our app which means you'll need to upgrade to the latest version. If you have auto updates turned on then the Lotterywest app will update automatically every time we release a new version. If you don't have automatic updates turned on you'll be prompted to download the new version the next time you attempt to open the app. If your having difficulty in updating to the latest version, so can follow these steps for Android and Apple devices.

Apple Update

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap Updates in the bottom right corner
  3. Apps with an update available are labelled Update
  4. Tap Update All to update all apps. For a single update, find the Lotterywest App and tap Update

If you'd like to turn on automatic updates on your apple device you can follow these steps below:

Apple Auto Update

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap [your name]
  3. Tap iTunes & App Store
  4. Tap the updates button 

Be sure to check the mobile data settings you’ve chosen.

If you're experiencing an issue with Android device automatically updating you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your Apple or Android devices.

Why isn’t the Lotterywest App in the Google Play Store?

Whilst the Lotterywest App is available for Android, Google's Play Store policies do not allow any apps that enable the purchase of gaming products to be available within the Play Store. You can however download the app directly from our website under the ways to play section.

We also offer the Lotterywest Lite App for Android devices, this allows you to check the results of your tickets as well as providing a download option for the full Lotterywest App.
