Lotterywest App Updates

To help improve your experience we regularly make changes to our app which means you will need to upgrade to the latest version. If you have automatic updates enabled, then the Lotterywest app will automatically update every time a new version is available. If not, you will be prompted to download the new version the next time you attempt to open the app.

Updating the Lotterywest App Manually
If you’re having difficulty in updating to the latest version, you can follow these steps for both Apple (iOS) and Android devices.

Apple (iOS) Devices

  1. Open the App Store app
  1. Tap your picture in the top-right-corner
  2. Drag your screen down to refresh.
  3. Apps with an update available are displayed with “Update” button
  4. Tap Update All to update all apps. For a single update, find the Lotterywest app and tap Update

Android Devices

  1. Open the Google Play Store app 
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labelled "Update available."
  4. Tap Update.

 

Updating the Lotterywest App Automatically
When updates are available, the app can update automatically. To turn automatic updates on and off, simply follow the steps below:

Apple (iOS) Devices

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap App Store
  3. Under “Automatic Downloads” the App Updates switch will display in green when turned on, grey when turned off.
  4. Tap to turn on or off as desired.

Android Devices

  1. Open the Google Play Store app 
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device.
  4. Tap Manage, then find the Lotterywest app.
  5. To open the app's "Details" page, tap the app.
  6. On the app's "Details" page, tap More 
  7. Turn on Enable auto update.
