Lotterywest will work with you to consider the options including postponing or rescheduling your event. Should you wish to do this, please refer to the above section on changing your grant.
Should you need to cancel your event, we will work with you to finalise acquittal of the Lotterywest grant. Wherever possible we will support you to minimise the impact of costs already incurred or spent.
Future costs that have been committed will be considered where there is evidence of financial hardship - again on a case-by-case basis.
To support a claim or acquittal, please use the Grant Management Tool. If making a claim for costs, Lotterywest will also need copies of invoices and evidence of payment (supplier receipts, EFT transfers). This will allow the grant to be acquitted.
Any unspent funds will need to be refunded to Lotterywest.
