Where in Australia would you like to be Set for Life?

In just three months, one lucky Western Australian, four Queenslanders and one Victorian are now ‘Set for Life’ after winning 1st Prize in this daily game.

That means they’ll each be receiving $20,000 a month, every month, for the next 20 years!

With Set for Life winners popping up all over the country, we thought we’d explore what it might be like to be ‘Set for Life’ in each of the winning states.

One of the seven wonders of the natural world, the Great Barrier Reef is the biggest single structure of living organisms in the world, and the only one visible from space. It’s also stunning. No wonder it’s on every Aussie’s bucket list. A lazy $20k could see you flying in on your own private jet to explore this magical island, time and time again.

Dugongs. They’ve got an almost perfect ratio of cute-to-ugly. Apparently, the best place to see them in the wild is Queensland.

If you love your sports, especially the NRL, chalk up a win for Queensland. For the next 20 years, you could watch every State of Origin match in your own private box with all your best mates.

Fresh Moreton Bay Bugs. With butter and garlic. $20k a month will see you eating like a king for the rest of your life.

Footy fever! Your Set for Life winnings could see you and all your friends living it up every week of the season. Mingle with the AFL’s elite in the Members Dining Room at the G as you barrack for your favourite team. Why not organise a meet and greet with your favourite players while you’re there too? And forget Uber – take a private helicopter home.

Vue de Monde. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Ezard. Circa. Attica. Book a private dining room for all your foodie friends and indulge at one of Melbourne’s top restaurants every night of the week. Degustation? Sure. Matching wines? Why not!

Melbourne has long been touted as the fashion capital of Australia. Shop up a storm along Collins Street with $20k in your Birkin. That Alexander McQueen dress is YOURS.

Western Australia

Did someone say wine? Some of the most delicious wine is produced right here on our doorstep. Why not throw a lazy $20k into producing your own drop to impress your friends. Ooh la la!

Speaking of wine, how does a private helicopter to Margaret River sound? Arrive in style with a tailored flight path through your favourite wineries. You and all your wine-loving friends could enjoy a luncheon, a stroll around the grounds and private wine tasting reservation at the endless list of stunning wineries on offer in WA. Yes, please!

Quokkas! You’ll only find them on Rottnest Island. With their pointy little faces and those cute buck teeth, you’ll want plenty of time to take plenty of selfies with them. Which works out well as with $20k a month going into your bank account for 20 years, you can probably afford to buy a boat or three and zip over to Rotto to get your quokka fix.

Having said all that, with $20,000 a month hitting your bank account for the next 20 years, the world is well and truly your oyster! Where else in the world would you like to be ‘Set for Life’? Imagine the possibilities.
