WA welcomes two new millionaires

The weather may look a little patchy over the coming week but it's all sunshine and rainbows for two Western Australians who’ll be basking in their Lotto win after taking out a share of  Superdraw Saturday's $20 million prize pool.

The State’s winning tickets, each worth more than $3 million, were amongst six from across the nation and produced from Here's Luck Lottery Centre in Cloverdale and Newsexpress Ocean Keys in Clarkson.

Lotterywest spokesperson Hermione Coleman said this took the 2021 tally of Division One winners to 55, sharing in nearly $110 million worth of prizes.

“We’ve welcomed an incredible seven Superdaw winners into the Winners Room this year and I can’t wait to welcome two more,” she said.

Over 300,000 WA players also took home a prize tonight across the other Divisions, including 19 Division Two prizes each worth more than $10,000.

The winning numbers were 2, 7, 17, 26, 27 and 38.

Thanks to those players that entered the Superdraw, over $3 million has been raised to contribute to the Lotterywest grants program.
