It’s been another massive weekend for Western Australian Saturday Lotto players, with the State claiming three Division 1 winners.
Throughout the country 15 players matched the numbers 23,9,27,7,13 and 6 to claim a $409,991 Division 1 prize each. WA’s tickets were sold from Optimal Pharmacy Plus South Lake, Donnybrook Newsagency and Maddington Lottery Centre.
Owner of Donnybrook Newsagency, Angelo Logiudice, said it had taken a while for luck to return to his store but it was back.
“It’s been seven years since our last Division One win, so it was certainly time for another one,” he said.
“It’s great news for the town and everyone is super excited.”
The month of May has so far seen nine Division One winners in WA, sharing in more than $19 million.
“Along with our three Division One winners on Saturday night, WA was also home to 18 Division Two prizes worth more than $4,600 each,” said Lotterywest spokesperson Pina Compagnone.
