Lotterywest has revealed the ticket type that’s created the most Division One winners for the year.
As WA players set out to grab a ticket for Tuesday’s $90 million OZ Lotto draw, it appears the Slikpik has produced a majority of WA’s major wins this year.
Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said out of WA’s 81 Division One wins for the year, 13 were produced thanks to a Slikpik 12.
“Coming in not too far behind was a Slikpik 18 with 11 wins, while a Slikpik 25 recorded eight wins,” he said.
“Rounding out the top five was a Slikpik 30 and System 8 ticket with each puling in seven winners.
WA players are encouraged to get their tickets early for the $90 million OZ Lotto jackpot to avoid the festive season shutdown.
“Next week’s jackpot is a great opportunity to consider purchasing a ticket as part of a syndicate, where players can share the cost of a ticket and of course the thrill of a win.”
“It was an unforgettable moment to see the joy firsthand when a syndicate of golf mates visited Lotterywest HQ to claim their $30 million OZ Lotto win earlier this year,” he said.
Tickets for Tuesday’s $90 million OZ Lotto draw are available until 6pm draw day in-store, online and via the Lotterywest App.
