Creating an enduring positive impact for WA, together.

Being Australia's only government-owned Lottery comes with a lot of responsibility and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

For over 90 years, we've led the way in the WA community through our grant making and player safety initiatives. Driving positive change throughout the community is at the core of every decision we make.

Our organisation

Guided by our values, driving positive change throughout the WA community is at the core of every decision we make.

Our organisation

Lotterywest is uniquely the only State Government-owned and operated lottery in Australia, and is also the employing agency for Healthway, the only State Government agency dedicated to health promotion.

Driving positive change throughout the WA community is at the core of every decision we make and is underpinned by our vision, purpose and values.

Our Vision
To create a hopeful, healthy, connected and sustainable community life for all Western Australians.

Our Purpose
To operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.

Our Values
Our values guide our behaviours, and the way we interact with our customers and each other. We strive to be responsible, empowered, working together and make a difference.

Drive change with us

It takes a diverse workforce to create a hopeful, healthy, connected and sustainable community life for all Western Australians.

Drive change with us

Diversity and inclusivity aren't just ideals, they're woven into the fabric of our workspaces. Our culture embraces diversity not only in our talented team members but also in the wide array of roles we offer, spanning IT, marketing, grants, finance, retail, and beyond. We attract talent who are driven to succeed and drive change within our organisation and in the WA community.

We recognise that fostering an environment that encourages our staff to take initiative and own the outcome, collaborate, and encourage diverse experience and thinking, is the only way to continue to succeed well into the future. We encourage staff to solve complex business challenges, be curious, and make the most of professional development opportunities, all so that we can create the kind of positive impact we want to see.

To set yourself up for the best chance of success, we recommend that you carefully read our Job Application Pack.

We also use a wide range of businesses to help us in our day to day work. If you’d like to find out how your organisation could work with Lotterywest, please visit Tenders WA or Contracts WA. For more information about working with Lotterywest, get in touch.
