Scratch’n’Win creates another Top Prize winner

A woman in her 40’s from Three Springs in WA’s Mid West region will make her caravanning dreams come true after claiming a $75,000 Scratch’n’Win Top Prize.

The $5 Line Up The Prizes ticket was purchased as a spur of the moment decision from Three Springs General Store.

When asked how the ticketholder felt when she discovered her win, she said she was in shock.

“I nearly fell to the ground,” she said.

The winner plans to buy a new car and a caravan so that she can travel around Australia.

“I’ll go wherever I feel like, and live my life to the fullest,” she said.

Lotterywest spokesperson Emma Rogers said Scratch’n’Win players are supporting WA, with available profits given back to the community through Lotterywest’s grants program.

“Last financial year, more than $44 million from scratchie ticket sales funded Lotterywest grants, from a few thousand dollars for a local community centre to a $3.2 million grant to support FRINGE WORLD Festival,” she said.

Lotterywest recently launched a new range of MONOPOLY scratchies. The ticket family is giving WA players the chance to win a Top Prize of $200,000, with more than $9.6 million in total prizes to be won.

The scratchies are offering players a chance to reconnect and remember the good times with the tickets providing an alternative spin on one of the most popular board games in history, celebrating the magic that is MONOPOLY.

Scratch’n’Win tickets can be purchased from any Lotterywest retailer.
