Saturday Superdraw ticket worth $2.2 million sold in Geraldton

One lucky Western Australian player has taken out a $2.2 million share in tonight's $20 million Saturday Lotto Superdraw.

The lucky winner was among nine from around the nation to share in the Division One prize pool.

The State's winning ticket was sold in Geraldton at Queens Supa IGA plus Liquor in WA's Mid-West.

Lotterywest spokesperson Pina Compagnone said over 187,000 other WA players took home a Superdraw prize in tonight's draw.

"That includes 19 locals who pocketed $11,584 each in Division Two prize money," Ms Compagnone said.

"By purchasing Lotterywest tickets in tonight's Superdraw, the WA community has also helped us raise almost $4 million for Lotterywest grants to support the State," she added.

WA's tally of Division One Lotto winners for 2018 has now reached 36. These winners have shared in over $78 million worth of prizes.

The winning numbers in tonight's draw were 36, 16, 14, 10, 43 and 5. The supplementary numbers were 19 and 18.
