A South West local or a perfectly timed holiday maker is now Western Australia’s latest millionaire.
Saturday Lotto’s draw saw four winners throughout the country, with one of those players buying their ticket from Sea Change News in Dunsborough.
That ticket is now worth $1,104,264.
Lotterywest spokesperson Hermione Coleman said the month of February has been kind to the South West.
“This is our second Division One winner from the South West in as many weeks,” Ms Coleman said.
“We are also waiting to speak to a Super66 Division One winner who bought their ticket now worth almost $100,000 from Clark’s Newsagency in Albany.
“We would love to see WA’s Saturday Lotto Division One run continue for this Saturday’s $20 million Superdraw."
Money raised from Lotterywest players has helped the drams of Philharmonic South West come to life with new musical equipment.
The orchestra provide opportunities for the South West community to experience accessible concerts, playing at free events throughout the year.
