Two more Western Australians are set to have a merry millionaire Christmas, thanks to Saturday Lotto.
The tickets from Ballajura City L/C and PO and a Lotterywest Play Online account, are now worth $1,075,621.
Lotterywest Spokesperson Jennie Fitzhardinge said WA’s latest duo of winners has taken the tally of Division One winners this year to 58, surpassing last year’s total.
“So far this year we have seen 58 WA Division One winning tickets, which has already beaten 2018’s total of 57,” Ms Fitzhardinge said.
“We’re hoping to leave 2018’s result in the dust with this weekend’s $30 million Megadraw, Saturday Lotto’s biggest draw of the year.
“Traditionally, we get multiple winners for that draw with the record being 10 in 2011 and the average for the past 10 years being three.”
Thanks to the people who play Lotterywest games, the benefits flow onto hundreds of community organisations throughout WA.
Tickets for the Megadraw are on sale in store and online until 6pm, Saturday 28 December with the busiest hour of sales expected to be Saturday 11am-12pm.
