Monday Lotto crowns another WA winner

Monday Lotto has created a Western Australian millionaire for the second time this year.

The ticket, which was purchased through Lotterywest online, is now worth a cool $1 million.

The win comes off the back of Saturday’s $2.8 million Division One win, which was sold from Here’s Luck Lottery Centre in Cloverdale.

Last night’s draw also produced three Division Two winning tickets in WA, with each ticket now worth more than $3,900.

The Division Two tickets were sold from Forrestfield Marketplace News, Winthrop Village News and Gifts, and Lotterywest online.

This Division One win follows WA’s first Monday Lotto winner of the year who shocked his wife last month with the $1 million windfall, telling her he won a “small prize” and only revealing the amount in the Lotterywest Winners’ Room.

Lotterywest spokesperson Emma Rogers said it’s exciting to see another Division One winner so soon after a West Aussie won $2.8 million in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto Superdraw.

“We’re hoping good things come in threes and a WA player takes home a third Division One prize this week,” she said.

“The next chance to win is tonight in OZ Lotto’s $20 million jackpot, which is the biggest OZ Lotto draw so far in 2024.”

OZ Lotto tickets are available in-store, online and via the Lotterywest App until 6pm tonight.
