Long weekend celebrations for WA players

The search is on for the owners of three Western Australian Saturday Lotto tickets, each worth more than $1.2 million.

Saturday’s draw created five Division One winners across the country, with three of these winning tickets sold in WA.

The trio of WA Division One prizes, worth $1,228,899, were sold from;

  • Nextra Express Ellenbrook
  • Albany Lottery, News and Gifts
  • Yokine Lottery Centre and LPO.

Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said the long weekend has likely been extended for these three Saturday Lotto winners.

“Hopefully the good news from the weekend continues into tonight’s $70 million OZ Lotto jackpot and delivers another win for WA players,” he said.

“If one WA player takes home tonight’s entire $70 million prize, they will become the State’s second biggest lottery winner of all time.

“Tonight’s jackpot is a great opportunity to get together with friends, family or workmates and create a syndicate.

“When we look back at some of WA’s biggest lottery wins, many have been syndicate tickets, which is a wonderful way to share the cost of a ticket and possibly the joy of a win.”

Tickets for OZ Lotto’s $70 million jackpot are available until 6pm tonight in-store, online and via the Lotterywest App.
