For the last month, no one across the nation has been able to match the winning numbers for Tuesday’s OZ Lotto draw resulting in the game climbing to an incredible $50 million jackpot.
It joins another $50 million Powerball jackpot this Thursday, making it a combined $100 million on offer this week.
Lotterywest spokesperson Pina Compagnone said this was an exciting way to kick off the new financial year.
“WA closed the financial year with a million-dollar winner in last night’s Monday Lotto draw, so here’s hoping we start the new one with a multi-million dollar one,” she said.
Although WA didn’t strike a Division One win tonight, almost 61,000 WA players took home prizes worth a combined $1.4 million across the game’s lower Divisions.
Local players who supported tonight’s OZ Lotto draw have also contributed to the Lotterywest COVID-19 Relief Fund, with all available profits made from Lotterywest tickets being directed to the Fund.
Tickets for both next Tuesday’s OZ Lotto jackpot and this Thursday’s Powerball jackpot are available until 6pm draw day from Lotterywest in-store, online or through the app.
