Western Australians are winners!

West Aussies have plenty of reasons to celebrate after last week’s record-breaking Powerball draw! With two lucky Division Two winning tickets, and millions of dollars going back to the WA community, we’ve got lots to shout about.

Two West Aussies are now Division Two winners
Two WA players have taken home almost $123,000 each after Thursday’s $100 million Powerball jackpot. The tickets were sold from The Lucky Charm News Noranda and through the Lotterywest membership online. While our winners may still be in shock, we’re sure they’re excitedly planning how they’ll spend their winnings.

More winners are grinners
Lotto luck has spread far and wide with over 475,000 players picking up a Powerball prize and sharing in more than $8 million in prizes!

What’s more, over 1.3 million Western Australians have picked up a Powerball win over the last eight weeks, sharing more than $19 million in prizes.

Millions given back to the WA community through grants
An incredible $22 million has been given back to the WA community through our grants program. This will support organisations such as the Children’s Leukaemia and Cancer Research Foundation, Maroo Wildlife Refuge, Men’s Shed of WA, and the West Australian Foundation for Deaf Children where funds will help to build a camp for up to 50 children who are deaf or hearing impaired.

Thank you to everyone who has played Lotterywest games and got behind the jackpot – your purchase of Lotterywest tickets is helping us to build a better WA together.
