The search is on for Western Australia’s latest millionaire, this time thanks to Monday Lotto.
This week’s draw saw two tickets across the country match the numbers to a $1 million prize, with one of these tickets sold in WA.
The ticket was purchased from Full Hand Lottery Centre in Karrinyup.
“It’s been a very fast start to the year for WA when it comes to Division 1 prizes,” Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said.
“So far, 30 tickets from WA have matched the numbers to a Division 1 prize, with these players sharing in more than $115 million,” he said.
“Our advice to anyone who bought a Monday Lotto ticket from Karrinyup is simple, check those numbers.”
This win is WA’s third Monday Lotto winner for 2023.
