WA community the big winner in $70 million jackpot

Three tickets bought in Victoria have shared in tonight’s $70 million OZ Lotto jackpot.

Each winning ticket will deliver a $23.34 million prize.

Although no Western Australian was lucky enough to take out tonight’s multi-million dollar jackpot, more than 138,000 local players picked up a prize in the game’s other Divisions.

This included three Division Two tickets, each worth $49,892.40, which were bought at:

  • The Lucky Charm, Joondalup
  • Lotterywest Play Online
  • London Court News and Lotteries

“While we would have loved for a Western Australian to have won the big prize, we’re delighted that so much money has been raised for the local community,” Lotterywest spokesperson Jennie Fitzhardinge said.

“Thanks to those players who bought Lotterywest tickets over the last eight weeks of the OZ Lotto jackpot roll, more than $10 million will go back to the people of Western Australia through our grants,” she added.

The winning numbers from tonight’s OZ Lotto draw were 12, 28, 24, 29, 9, 18, 25 and Supplementary Numbers 13 and 31.

Players have another chance for multi-millionaire status with this Thursday’s $20 million Powerball and Saturday’s $20 million Superdraw.

Tickets for Powerball are available until 6pm Thursday, and for the Superdraw from 6pm Saturday Lotterywest in-store, online or on the app.
