Search is on for millionaire double thanks to Saturday Lotto

Saturday Lotto has created another two WA millionaires, following last weekend’s draw.

The Division One tickets were sold from Flinders Square Lucky Lotto in Yokine and Byford Newsagency and are now worth $1,015,392 each.

The good news for WA didn’t stop there, with a third Division One ticket sold on Saturday, thanks to a Super66 prize from Here’s Lucky Lottery Centre in Cloverdale now worth more than $22,000.

Owner of Byford Newsagency, Gabrielle Lyon said it was immediate excitement when she discovered her store was the one that sold a million dollar prize.

“We’ve had a few customers come into the store asking if the winner has come forward, however the search is still on,” she said.

“We would love this prize to go to a local player, but for now we will have to now wait and see.

“Our advice is to check your ticket, check it now.”

Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said almost $118 million has been won by WA Division One winners in 2021.

“It was a pretty good result for some other WA players in the Saturday draw, with a further 17 Division Two prizes produced, worth more than $10,000 each,” Mr Mooney said.

“Powerball has jackpotted to $20 million, so this Thursday’s draw is the next major chance to win a life changing prize.”
