With the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we want to reassure you that our retailers’ and players’ health, safety and wellbeing are of the utmost priority. In line with directives from the Federal and State Governments, here are some recommendations on how to take care of yourselves and the rest of the Western Australian community.

Visiting our stores

In order to keep our community safe, we ask that you please avoid visiting a Lotterywest store if you:

  • Are a returning international traveller and subject to the Federal Government’s 14-day self-isolation mandate, or:
  • Have symptoms associated with COVID-19, or:
  • May have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

Purchasing a ticket

When purchasing a ticket at a Lotterywest retail store, please avoid cash and use contactless payments.

Please practice social distancing whilst supporting our retailers in-store. Together, we can help stop the spread of COVID-19 and keep healthy.

Claiming a prize

If you’re a lucky Lotto or Scratch’n’Win winner, congratulations! We’ve made some temporary changes, giving you more options to claim your prize. Click here for more information.
