We’re making some changes that will modernise our Lotterywest stores across Western Australia. These changes will introduce a new look and improved ways to play Lotterywest games. You'll start to see exciting changes to some of our stores as we trial our new signage and counters.
We’ve also been thinking about how our customers use our website and will be refreshing it to suit your changing needs and improve the experience. With simplified navigation, you’ll have easy access to a range of features that will work across your compatible mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
These in-store and online changes are just some of the ways in which we’re improving your experience with Lotterywest.
We are rolling out the new look to all of our stores from June 2016 to September 2019. This will also include new technology providing more choice and convenience to the way you play Lotterywest games. Our brand new website will be unveiled in the next month or so and you’ll be happy to know that the way you log on, manage your account and play our games online will remain the same.
