Once a retailer has received approval to operate a lottery outlet there are other business requirements that they will need to comply with prior to being issued with a new Agreement and commencing trade at the lottery outlet.

  • Retail Transformation

We are currently embarking on a Retail Transformation that will modernise our stores across Western Australia.

These changes will introduce new signage, shopfit and technology and an improved in-store experience for our players.

The terms and conditions of approval and appointment as a Lotterywest retailer are outlined in the following documentation which together forms the Agreement:
