New Lotterywest Headquarters in 2016

19 February 2016

Lotterywest will relocate to a new business premises based at 38 Station Street, Subiaco towards the end of 2016.

Lotterywest will take up the second and third floors in the Station Street property which will offer a customer focused business environment that provides excellent access and egress for our customers via its central location, ample parking and available public transport.

“We are pleased to have secured a location and building that meets our business needs and is accessible for all our customers, including lottery winners, grant applicants, retailers and business partners,” said Mr Paul Andrew, CEO of Lotterywest.

The current headquarters in Osborne Park requires an extensive capital upgrade and operations are split over multiple sites which no longer suit Lotterywest’s business purposes.

Lotterywest has worked closely with the Department of Finance to ensure all aspects of the new premises align to government accommodation and procurement policies.

Mr James Carslaw of LPC Cresa represented Lotterywest in lease negotiations.

The owners of the building represented by Mr Greg Pearce, Director of Seafocus Holdings, was delighted to welcome Lotterywest to the Subiaco premises.

“Subiaco is a great location for Lotterywest and all its staff and we are delighted that our building has been selected after a very thorough assessment process by Lotterywest’s management as the new home for this iconic Western Australian organisation,” said Mr Pearce.
