$20 million could be the perfect way to share the love this Valentine's Day...introducing this Saturday's Lotto Superdraw!
A Lotto ticket could be the perfect way for romantics to spoil loved ones this Valentine's Day, with a $20 million Division One prize on offer in this weekend's Saturday Lotto Superdraw.
If history is anything to go by, a large number of winners in the past have received their Division One winning Lotto tickets as a gift.
Lotterywest spokesperson Pina Compagnone said it was only last month that a father from Bayswater was celebrating his birthday on New Year's Eve and received his $968,750 winning Lotto ticket as a gift from his daughter and future son in-law.
The Bayswater winner planned on 'sharing the love' by giving his daughter an extra special wedding day.
More 'Lotto love' was shared last month when a country couple in their 20's, had getting married on the top of their winning wish list. The couple also picked up a $968,750 Division One prize in the 31 December Megadraw.
"There's nothing like sharing a Lotto win with a loved one and we wish everyone in Western Australia a happy Valentine's Day and the best of luck in this weekend's Superdraw," said Ms Compagnone.
Lotto winners are not the only ones to benefit from this weekend's Superdraw, with Lotterywest expecting to raise $4.2 million to support our local hospitals, sports and arts groups, and thousands of not-for-profit and community groups across the State.
