Do you store your lottery tickets some place safe after buying them?
We've heard some crazy stories of people burying them at the bottom of old handbags and even in cookie jars just so they're hidden away where no one will find them.
Last week we had one WA player win $2 million in Thursday's Powerball draw. But when we arrived on Friday at work waiting for the winner to come forward... they didn't! They've only just collected their prize now a week later because they'd hidden the ticket in a jacket pocket and forgot to check the results.
What an amazing way to lead into the weekend, and just in time for the warmer months as they make their way to us. New house complete with deluxe pool? It could be on the cards!
