Commencing Monday 31 October 2016, Lotto results will no longer be published in The West Australian newspaper. The last set of results will be published on Saturday 29 October 2016.
Lotto results will still be made available to players through a variety of ways including:
o Broadcast on television through Channel 7 and GWN7 (times dependant on game. Set for Life is also broadcast on 7TWO).
o The ‘Results’ section of the Lotterywest website at lotterywest.wa.gov.au/results.
o Subscribe to receive results automatically. Players can subscribe at lotterywest.wa.gov.au/results/@@results-email.
o Telephone the results line by calling 1900 919 958. Calls cost 44 cents per minute (including GST) plus a 15 cent connection fee. Mobiles and pay phones cost extra.
o Visit a Lotterywest retailer in-store to use the ticket checker.
Lotterywest plays a unique role in Western Australia – we are not only responsible for operating the lottery, but for directly distributing a proportion of the funds raised for our beneficiaries in the form of grants to charitable and community organisations.
Last financial year, WA winners shared in $601 million worth of lottery prizes, while $281 million was raised for the WA community.
