This section provides you with information about:

The Grant Approval Process
If your application is approved you will receive a Grant Approval letter advising:
- What has been approved
- How your grant will be paid and
- Any special grant conditions
You may also be encouraged to acknowledge the project and Lotterywest's support. Refer to the Grant Acknowledgment section.
You will also receive a letter if your application is not approved setting out why it was not approved.
Grant Payment
Grant recipients are sent a Grant Approval letter setting out what has been approved and what is required for payment to be made.
Lotterywest grants are paid through Electronic Funds Transfer. The Grant Approval letter will remind you about the Grant Conditions and advise of any special conditions and payment requirements such as submitting invoices or receipts for payment.

Grant Acquittal
Grant Acquittal usually requires you to:
- Comply with the grant agreement
- Meet any grant conditions and
- Demonstrate expenditure of the grant
