Share Your Grant Story

HistoricalSocietiesShare your grant story with visitors to the Lotterywest's website and our GrantEd subscribers. Telling us about your grant journey will help publicise your initiative and help others who may be undertaking a similar project.

Write about the experiences that are most significant for you. However, to help you focus on areas others may find relevant, especially when planning their project, we have included a series of questions you may use as a prompt. You may also seek guidance from the GrantEd Editor by telephone on 9340 5207 or by email GrantEd@lotterywest.wa.gov.au.

  • How did the project get started?
  • What or who influenced you to develop the initiative?
  • How did you make the decision to proceed and how do you manage the decisions that have to be made along the way?
  • How did you get financial support?
  • What impact has your project had locally?
  • Wider impact?
  • What lessons have you taken from the project?
  • What advice can you give to others embarking on similar projects?
  • Where to next?

While we would love to, we cannot publish everything we receive. It is essential that you have agreed to the information in Lotterywest’s personal release form before we can publish your material.
