Ethnic Services

Strengthening Community Service Delivery

SCSD_EthnicServicesStrengthening Community Service Delivery grants have been developed to add value to the various not-for-profit community services available to the Western Australian Community. They recognise the critical role played by community services in helping to improve the quality of life for our citizens.

Priority for these grants is given to:

  • Organisations that provide support to disadvantaged people or groups
  •  Proposals that will provide a broad community benefit

Lotterywest is able to support the infrastructure needs of the community service aspects of ethnic organisations with items such as furniture, general and office equipment, service accommodation  and vehicles, and for time-limited service projects.

Advancing Participation in Community Life

Lotterywest also recognises the role of some ethnic organisations in fostering participation in community life and preserving cultural heritage.  Click here for more details.
