How it works
With a Lotterywest Player’s Card, it doesn’t matter if you forget to check your numbers. Any prizes will be automatically paid to you five weeks after the draw, provided they have not already been claimed.
To be on the safe side, make sure you keep your tickets in a safe place so no one else can claim your winnings before they’re paid to you. And remember if you’re heading in-store to collect your prize, you’ll need to present your membership card to the retailer along with your ticket.
You can store a set of favourite number combinations on your membership, making it easy to use them again in the future. Simply hand your hand card along with a playslip to your Lotterywest retailer and let them know you want to record your favourite numbers on your membership. If you ever want to change them, all you need to do is fill out a new playslip and ask in-store to update your membership’s favourite numbers.
What if I lose my ticket?
If you lose a ticket you have registered on your Player’s Card, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You'll need to provide us with your details plus any specific information on when and where you bought your ticket plus what game and type of ticket it was. If the ticket is a winner and providing it hasn’t already been claimed, we can ensure that the winnings are not claimed by anyone else.
