We wanted to let you know that from 31 December 2016 we're changing how we pay prize payments and will no longer be sending cheques. This means any unclaimed prizes will go directly into your nominated bank account. Please complete the Change of Financial Details Form to ensure you continue to receive your unclaimed prizes.

How it works
Claiming your prize
With a Lotterywest Player’s Card, it doesn’t matter if you forget to check your numbers. Any prizes will be automatically paid to you five weeks after the draw, provided they have not already been claimed.
However, it’s still important you keep your tickets in a safe place, to make sure no one else claims any winnings before we deposit into your account.
You can store a set of favourite numbers with your Player’s Card for each of the Lotto games plus Soccer Pools and Cash 3. Hand your card along with a playslip to your Lotterywest retailer and let them know you want to record your favourite numbers with your card.
Anytime you wish to change your favourite numbers, simply fill out a new playslip and ask your retailer to update your favourite numbers on your Player’s Card.
How do I join?
Fill out the application form attached to the Player's Card brochure or download the Player's Card application form and hand it to your retailer with a one-off $10 registration fee. You will also need to provide identification – a list of acceptable identification is also available in the Player's Card brochure.
Your retailer will take a copy of your application and send it to Lotterywest. Keep the original, along with the application form number, until you receive your personalised Lotterywest Player’s Card. The application form number is your reference should you have any queries before you receive your card. Your card should arrive within four weeks.
What else do I need to know?
- You must be 16 years of age or older to become a Lotterywest Player’s Card member and to purchase any Lotterywest product.
- Although you can’t register a syndicate or group with your card, you can nominate a syndicate name to appear on the card.
- Lotterywest can only credit the bank account of an individual, not a syndicate or company name.
Lost or stolen tickets and Player's Cards
If you lose a ticket you have registered on your Player’s Card, please contact Lotterywest Customer Services as soon as possible. You will need to provide them with your details plus any specific information on when and where you bought your ticket plus what game and type of ticket it was. If the ticket is a winner and providing it hasn’t already been claimed, we can ensure that the winnings are not claimed by anyone else.
If you lose your Player’s Card, please call Lotterywest Customer Services as soon as possible and we will arrange for a new card for you.
