Player's Card
What is a Player’s Card?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to collect your winnings. More importantly, we want to make sure you don’t miss out on collecting your prize because you’ve lost your ticket or forgotten to check your numbers.
If you win a prize on a ticket you have registered on your Player’s Card and it has not already been claimed, we will automatically send you a cheque for the winning amount, or credit your nominated account, five weeks after the draw.
You can also store favourite numbers on your card for Saturday Lotto, Monday Lotto, Wednesday Lotto, OZ Lotto, Powerball, Soccer Pools and Cash 3. Using favourite numbers on your Player’s Card makes playing quicker and easier.
How to join
- Fill in the application form in the Player’s Card brochure and give it to your Lotterywest retailer with your $10 application fee. This is a one off fee.
- Your retailer will give you a receipt which you should keep until your Player’s Card arrives in the mail.
- You can check on the progress of your application by calling Lotterywest Customer Enquiries and quoting the Application Number on your receipt.
You must be 16 years or older to join and you cannot register a syndicate or group with your card. Lotterywest can only pay cheques or credit accounts to an individual member.

- Change of name – a Marriage or Deed Poll certificate is needed to issue a new card
- Change of Address – call Lotterywest Customer Enquiries to update your details

Lost or stolen tickets and Player’s Cards
If you lose a ticket you have registered on your Player’s Card, please contact Lotterywest Customer Enquiries as soon as possible. Tell us when and where you bought your ticket plus what game and type of ticket it is. Lotterywest can check if the ticket is a winner and put a stop on it if it hasn’t already been claimed.
If you lose your Player’s Card, please call Lotterywest Customer Enquiries as soon as possible and we will arrange for a new card to be mailed to you. The lost card will not work once a replacement card is issued.
