Lotterywest Player's Card

At Lotterywest, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to collect your winnings. And more importantly, we want to make sure players don’t miss out on collecting their prize because they’ve lost their ticket, or forgotten to check their numbers.

Introducing the Lotterywest Player’s Card!

  • Cost to join is a one off $10 fee.
  • Identification must be sighted by your Lotterywest retailer.
  • If you win a prize on your ticket, and providing it has not already been claimed, Lotterywest will automatically send you a cheque for the winning amount, or credit your nominated financial institution account, five weeks after the draw.
  • All your tickets must be registered with your Player’s Card number to be covered.
  • Remember, to keep your tickets in a safe place - all tickets are “bearer tickets”.
  • Favourite numbers can be stored on your card for Saturday Lotto, Monday Lotto, Wednesday Lotto, OZ Lotto, Powerball, Soccer Pools and Cash 3.

  • If you lose a Player’s Card registered ticket contact Lotterywest Customer Enquiries on 9340 5200 as soon as possible.

  • Your Application Form Number receipt is your reference if you have any queries about the progress of your application.

Who can join?

  • You cannot register a syndicate or group with your card, but you can nominate a Syndicate name to appear on your Player’s card.
