How to Play Powerball
Visit a Lotterywest retailer to purchase a Powerball ticket. There are two ways to play, either by using playslips or Slikpiks.
Playslips
Look for this playslip
For a standard entry, first select 5 numbers from the 45 numbers in the PICK 5 section of a game panel. Then select 1 number only from the 45 numbers in the PICK 1 section of the game panel. You can select one of the same numbers used in the PICK 5 section or select a different number if you wish. This is your Powerball number.
NOTE: A minimum of two games must be completed to play Powerball.
Slikpiks
Slikpiks are tickets of randomly selected numbers produced by the terminal. Slikpik 25 is a popular choice, but there are also 50, 30, 18 and 12 game Powerball Slikpiks. Slikpiks are also available for Systems tickets.
Systems, Multiweek, Advanced Wagering and Syndicates
For more ways to play (Systems, Multiweek, Advanced Wagering and Syndicates) please see the Powerball Players Guide or ask your retailer.

- The first five drawn are from Barrel A and are called the Winning Numbers.

Check Your Ticket
Please check your Powerball ticket before you leave your Lotterywest retailer. Check the numbers you wish to play have been correctly selected and make sure you are in the draw you want to play. Prizes can only be paid if you have a valid and correct ticket so it is up to you to check you’ve got the numbers you want in the draw you want.
After the draw you can find out if you have won a prize using the Lotterywest Ticket Checker. Visit your Lotterywest retailer and scan your ticket barcode to see if you’re a winner!
